Nanaimo Christmas Toy Drive 2021!

On top of all the volunteers that help sort and distribute the gifts there are a number of volunteers that make all this possible. This is the board of directors and the committee chairs and helpers.

Many people have retired from the board and more are ready to leave after having served for many years on the board or on committees. We need new people to help if the Toy Drive is to continue into the future.

The board meets 5 to 6 times a year in 1 hour meetings and volunteers are not always required to go.
The committee chairs often attend on the last 3 meeting as that is when they are needed.
The helpers such a toy purchasers, event coordinators, advertising, etc, are busy as needed throughout the year but normally on their schedule and not at specific hours.
